Refunds Policy

Check your shipment thoroughly on its arrival, in case of any damage in your boxes you have to take the pictures of that boxes to instantly inform the courier services by which you can easily avail the returns policy. If you do not inform the courier services of PackagingNinjas in a given time then our company will be not responsible for any damage or misshapen. To avail the returns policy, make sure that the product must be kept in the original packaging it was sold in otherwise we will not consider it.

Our refund policy

Refunds will be applied back to the credit card you are used for the purchasing, after that, a confirmation message of refund will be sent to you. Moreover, you can re-order the boxes or can avail the refunds of damaged boxes. Refunds will be processed and approved within 25 days from the start day you applied for the refund policy. Unless the item is defective, the refund policy will be not applied on the custom made or tailor-made boxes. Claim your return policy within three working days after the delivery to start up the return mechanism and if you are not able to do so then your return policy will be not processed as we mentioned in our terms and conditions. PackagingNinjas will require the digital images of the defective boxes to proceed your returns or refunds policy as we mentioned above that it will only proceed if you apply for it within three days.

Under the following conditions, your refund policy will be approved

  • You can claim the refund only for the defected and damaged boxes.
  • If your tailor-made boxes are not specified according to your desires then you can claim for it by match it with your approved designs.
  • If the colours and artwork you wanted for your boxes will not according to your expectations. 

Delay in shipment

  • We try our best to give you fast shipping services but due to the following unfortunate conditions, we will be not responsible for delays in shipment:
  • Delays could be caused by different courier services e.g. DHL/FedEx due to some weather changings.  
  • Delays due to natural disasters such as land sliding and land sliding may cause roadblock, in these cases, PackagingNinjas will be not responsible. 
  • Delays might be caused due to custom clearance issues on airports because we ship our boxes through mail or cargo. 
  • Other than this, if you do not provide us with the accurate shipping address then it may also cause a delay in shipment and our company will not be responsible for it.

Conditions of exchange

PackagingNinjas provides you with the opportunity to exchange the product if it you get a wrong size, colour or item according to terms for return policy which are mentioned above.

Shipping charges

You are responsible for the shipping charges of the product you want to exchange, the company will be not responsible for that. And if a claim for the refund policy then your shipping charges will be not returned to you.

Damaged items

If you receive a defected or damaged boxes then readily inform us to avail the refund or return policy.

Boxes in the sale

If you avail sale or promotional boxes from us then we want to make it clear that the refund and return policy will be not applicable to these boxes.
